Qigong

Sessions take place monthly via Zoom with tutor Dario Gerchi, and the video shows one of his classes.

Qigong is a holistic method of self-healing exercise and meditation that includes healing posture, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques and meditation.  Qi means life energy and Gong the benefits acquired with practice.  Hua Gong is practised mainly through meditation and simple body movements with an emphasis on relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques.
